Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

During product launches, sales, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we'll contact you by email.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Estimated delivery times:

• Canada: 2–8 business days
• United States: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

From time to time, Purple Skindica may offer free shipping promotions.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Purple Skindica is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help you work with the shipping provider.

Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged package
• Photos of the damaged product(s)

We'll review your claim and work with you to find a solution.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

Purple Skindica is not responsible for customs delays.
